A ring that no longer fits, a broken chain, a stone that's come loose: we can put it right. We repair gold jewellery whether you bought it from us or from another jeweller.
What we can do
Bring in any piece of gold jewellery. If you're not sure whether it can be repaired, send us a photo first.
- Ring resizing
- Make a ring larger or smaller so it fits comfortably. Find your ring size
- Chain and clasp repairs
- Mend a broken chain, or repair or replace a worn clasp so it closes securely again.
- Soldering
- Join broken pieces back together, such as a snapped bangle or a broken link.
- Stone setting
- Tighten loose stones, and replace stones that have fallen out.
- Polishing and cleaning
- Bring back the shine to gold that has gone dull or picked up fine scratches.
- Remaking old pieces
- Turn old or broken jewellery into a new design you'll wear again.

Send us a photo
Send a photo of the piece on WhatsApp and tell us what needs doing. We'll give you a rough estimate, free.

Bring it to the shop
Bring the piece to our showroom at 32, New Negombo Road, Wattala. Once we've seen it, we confirm the price and tell you when it will be ready.

Collect it
Come back on the day we give you and collect your jewellery.
Looking after your jewellery
- Take your jewellery off before heavy work, cleaning with chemicals, or swimming.
- Store pieces separately, so chains don't tangle and stones don't scratch other pieces.
- Clean gold with mild soap and warm water, then dry it with a soft cloth.
- Every so often, check that clasps close firmly and stones don't move. If a stone feels loose, bring it in before it falls out.

It depends on the piece and the work it needs. We'll tell you when it will be ready when you hand it in.
Can you make my old jewellery into a new design?
Yes. We can remake old or broken pieces into a new design. If you'd rather exchange your old gold for a new piece or sell it, see old gold exchange.
